She sued General Motors Corporation (GM) under the Alabama Extended Manufacturers Liability Doctrine (AEMLD), alleging that it had manufactured a defective and unreasonably dangerous seat belt/shoulder harness system. The trial court entered a summary judgment in favor of GM, and Jordan appeals.
